Meet the Chef

Born and raised on the French Riviera, Chef David has worked across Europe and Asia, gaining a wealth of knowledge on gourmet cultures. He now oversees our hotel’s nine restaurants and bar, providing strategic directions to his culinary team - a multicultural mix of local and international chefs who share a commitment to sustainable food practices.

While Chef David works to create innovative dishes, traditional cuisines hold a special place in his heart as they represent identity and heritage. He is enthusiastic about showcasing the culinary diversity of different cultures through carefully curated menus. He chooses his raw ingredients thoughtfully, as they are the inspiration to create dishes that tell stories of traditions, experiences and evolutions. Above all, he is passionate about creating not just a meal but a memorable experience for you.
